Please read over these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling:

• The Studio 1816, also known as Sugar Studios is providing you with a 3 month membership that includes 10 hours per month of studio use. 
• By accepting these terms, you understand and agree to pay $300 per month for three months as a monthly studio fee. 
• You understand you are making a non-refundable payment of $300 today and will have two remaining months left.
• *Terms and conditions incorporated by reference and attached hereto. Terms and Conditions of Rental Agreement.
    
  1. The Business, LLC AGREES: 
  a. To a fixed rent of $300  for the rental of our photography/ event space for a total of 10 hours per month.
  
  2. The Renter Agrees: 
  a. To not damage the furniture (sofa, bed, chairs), walls or floor with oils, make-up, lotions or any other substance.
  b. Clean the studio after use, replace all equipment used and leave the studio as was when arrived.
  c. Lock the door and entrance gate behind them & set the alarm if no employee is present.
  D. Use the studio only for photography or production unless has written approval for any other use.
  E. The renter and only the renter alone will be responsible for all damages and will be charged to the credit card on file.
  F. The Renter agrees to be physically present during the entire time of the rental.
  G. All Equipment contributed by a Renter is the sole responsibility of the Renter. Sugar Studios will not be held liable for theft or damage.
  H. Renter must have their own renters insurance. Sugar Studios will not be responsible for any theft, damage or missing items as well as any injuries that may happen on property.
  I. Sugar Studios has the right to turn away anyway or stop a shoot if renter is breaking the rules or law.
  J. The premises is under 24 hour surveillance for the safety of everyone.
  K. The reservation and membership pricing is non refundable.
  
  3. Payment of Rent: Payment will be taken automatically each month through our website or Venmo.
  
  4. Entire Agreement: This Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this Agreement shall not be binding upon either party except to the extent incorporated in this Agreement. No oral agreements have been entered into between the parties. This Lease, and the Rules and Regulations and policy changes herein referenced constitute the entire agreement of the parties. This Lease is binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.
