🖋️ Sugar Studios Tattoo Program Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any of our tattoo programs at Sugar Studios, you (the student) agree to the following terms:

🚨 Age Requirement:

All students must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the Sugar Studios Piercing Program. Valid photo ID is required on or before the first day of class. No exceptions.

1. Commitment to the Program
   Enrollment in our tattoo program is a serious commitment. Spots are limited and held just for you, so by enrolling, you agree to fully participate in the program to the best of your ability.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
   All payments made toward the program—whether in full or through a payment plan—are 100% non-refundable. No exceptions. This includes deposits, tuition, and any other associated fees.
3. Payment Plans
   If you choose a payment plan, you agree to automatic monthly payments using the payment method on file. Payments will continue on a set schedule until the total balance (including any applicable interest) is paid in full. Students are responsible for maintaining an active and valid payment method.
4. Cancellation & Early Withdrawal
   Should you choose to withdraw from the program before completion, you are still responsible for completing all remaining payments as outlined in your agreement. No refunds or partial refunds will be given for early withdrawal.
5. Program Changes or Adjustments
   Sugar Studios reserves the right to make changes to class dates, times, instructors, or curriculum as needed to maintain the integrity and quality of the program. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
6. Student Conduct
   We expect all students to contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment. Any behavior deemed disrespectful, unsafe, or harmful to others may result in removal from the program with no refund or release from financial obligation.
7. Certification & Completion
   Completion of the program and receiving certification is based on attendance, participation, skill development, and successful fulfillment of all requirements. Enrollment does not guarantee certification if standards are not met.
8. Media Consent
   By enrolling, you grant Sugar Studios permission to capture and use photos/videos of you during the program for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
9. Liability Release
   Students understand that participation in a hands-on tattoo program involves inherent risks. Sugar Studios is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or other issues that may arise during training. Students participate at their own risk.
