✨ Sugar Studios Piercing Program Terms & Conditions

🚨 Age Requirement:
All students must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the Sugar Studios Piercing Program. Valid photo ID is required on or before the first day of class. No exceptions.

By enrolling in any of our piercing programs at Sugar Studios, you (the student) agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment Commitment
   Your enrollment secures your seat in the program and confirms your agreement to show up, participate fully, and complete the program to the best of your ability. Our programs are hands-on, professional, and limited in space—so your commitment matters.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
   All payments made toward the program—whether paid in full or through a payment plan—are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes deposits, tuition payments, and any additional fees.
3. Payment Plan Policy
   If you enroll with a payment plan, you authorize automatic monthly payments to be charged to the card on file. Payments will continue on a regular schedule until the total balance (including any applicable interest) is paid in full. Missed or failed payments must be resolved within 5 business days to avoid interruption of your training.
4. Drop-Out Policy
   Choosing to withdraw or drop out of the program does not cancel your financial obligation. You are still responsible for paying your full balance, even if you do not complete the program.
5. Class Attendance & Participation
   Your success depends on your attendance and active participation. Repeated absences, lateness, or lack of engagement may result in removal from the program without refund or certificate of completion.
6. Program Modifications
   Sugar Studios reserves the right to make changes to class schedules, instructors, training formats, or curriculum as necessary to maintain a high-quality learning experience. Any changes will be communicated to students in advance.
7. Conduct & Behavior
   We are a safe space for learning and self-expression. Disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the program without refund or release from financial responsibility.
8. Certification Requirements
   Receiving your certificate of completion is based on fulfilling all training hours, demonstrating proper technique and safety, completing required procedures, and adhering to instructor guidelines. Enrollment alone does not guarantee certification.
9. Media Consent
   By enrolling, you grant Sugar Studios the right to photograph or record you during training for use in marketing, promotional, or educational materials. You may opt out by submitting a written request prior to the start of the program.
10. Risk & Liability Acknowledgement
    Piercing is a hands-on trade and may involve exposure to sharps, bloodborne pathogens, and physical risk. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Sugar Studios is not liable for any injuries, reactions, or complications during training. You participate at your own risk.
